Jenny Wiley Theatre could not survive without volunteer support. We are grateful to all who give of their time and energy to ensure that the mission of JWT is continues.

What do JWT Volunteers Do?

• Take tickets
• Assist in the concessions stand and gift shop
• Fold and hand out programs and other printed material
• Usher patrons to their correct seats
• Prevent food and drinks from being taken into the Theatre
• Be alert for disturbances or emergencies
• Direct patrons to restrooms and telephones
• Assist with light cleanup
• Paint sets
• Assist with costumes
• Assist with mass mailings
• Assist as needed

   

Want to be a JWT Volunteer?

All volunteers wishing to work with Jenny Wiley Theatre must fill out a volunteer application and complete a Volunteer Orientation. The Volunteer Orientation is scheduled as needed. Volunteers are considered active once they have completed the Volunteer Orientation and application process in conjunction with additional training that may be needed. Following the submission of all paperwork, volunteers will receive monthly reminders for event signups. Volunteers are asked to sign up for events monthly as ther schedule permits.

Volunteers working with children must consent to a background check for the protection of the volunteer and child participants.
