MARTIN CHILDERS (Executive Director), a native of eastern Kentucky, has been the Executive Director of JWT since January 2000. Born and raised right here in the mountains, Childers holds a degree in Business Administration from Pikeville College. In 1989, he performed in his first JWT production, Camelot, and with that experience began his involvement with the Theatre. Over the next few years, he performed in several productions including Joseph....Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar, A Funny Thing..., and Cinderella. He was recently a featured vocalist with the Tommy Money Orchestra and sings frequently at his church. Childers joined the Board of Trustees in the 1990s and served as President for two consecutive seasons. Childers says, "The business of theatre has become more and more challenging, but managing JWT has been my most rewarding job to date." He resides in Pikeville, KY.

LOIS LESLIE (Executive Assistant) has been with Jenny Wiley Theatre since 1998 and holds the record for the longest employment history at JWT. She’s a graduate of Mayo State Vocational School and alumna of Prestonsburg Community College. While managing the day-to-day activities of the Business Office, Lois has become invaluable to the entire staff. If you have a question, she usually has the answer. Lois has two grown children and resides in Emma, KY with her husband, Steve.

CAROLYN GLODFELTER (Sales/Marketing Director) is a Barberton, OH native, but now calls Floyd County home after living a majority of the past 16 years in the Philadelphia, PA area. She attended the University of Akron and Northampton Community College majoring in Fine Art and enjoys having the opportunity to use her creative skills at JWT. Carolyn has 18 years in the Hospitality Industry, working for both theatres and hotels in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. "I love working within the region to offer packages for our patrons. This area has so much to offer and it's great when they stay the night and explore." Carolyn is married to Paul and has four wonderful children, Christopher, Sarah, Holly and Katie, and one grandson, Braydon Nicholas.

DARRYL WILLARD (Technical Director) is a native of Connecticut and has lived all over the east coast. He is glad to join the Jenny Wiley staff and be a part of this exciting time in the theatre's history. Darryl graduated from Plymouth State College with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Theatre and Music. He also has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Clemson University. He has designed and constructed scenery and lighting for nearly 200 shows in a wide variety of venues including high school, college, community theatre, regional theatre, opera, ballet and professional theatre. Some of his favorites have been: Ragtime - Liberty University, Cats – Spartanburg Little Theatre, Oklahoma – North Country Center for the Arts, TheMarriage of Figaro – Boston Conservatory of Music, Arkansaw Bear – Plymouth State College, Big River – Lynchburg Fine Arts Center, and The Mikado – Opera North. Darryl was a member of the founding team for the North Country Center for the Arts in Lincoln, NH (now Papermill Theatre) as production manager where he created a fully-functional summer stock theatre in an old abandoned paper mill. Darryl and his wife Kimberly have two daughters, Ryann and Madison.
